School staff wellbeing and resilience: An introduction | A twilight session for primary and secondary school staff, jointly developed and co-facilitated by colleagues from across Education and CAMHS, to reflect on staff wellbeing / resilience and consider ways in which it may be protected and promoted. Durham Resilience Programme (DRP) | This programme is offered to all schools in County Durham on a rolling programme. DRP supports schools to develop their understanding of resilience and wellbeing – as relating to both C&YP and staff – and helps them to develop and implement a local response within their school and community contexts. Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) | The Employee Assistance Programme delivered by Health Assured ia a programmes aimed at helping staff deal with any personal or professional problems which could be impacting on their general health and wellbeing. Expert advice and compassionate guidance is available to staff and their immediate family members* 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year, covering a wide range of issues, including: life support, legal information, beareavement assistance, medical information and cognitive behavioural therapy online. | Contact Health Assured on 0800 716 017. There is also the Health Assured Online Wellbeing Portal. The portal has been designed to quickly inform and assist with a number of common issues ranging from stress to diet.
