Getting More Help Durham and Chester-le-Street (SSP) Balance Bike Programme 12 hours of Balance Bike curriculum support for EYFS and KS1 students (max of 10 children per session) to take place on a morning. The ultimate aim of these sessions is to help students learn the skill of riding a bike. Getting More Help Durham and Chester-le-Street (SSP) 36-hour fitness and health education programme 24 hours of curriculum coaching to take place on an afternoon over 12 weeks plus 12 hours of extracurricular coaching to take place afterschool). Weekly sessions will include junior circuit training, health and nutrition workshop, children’s boxercise, fun fitness etc) coupled with an after school Change 4 Life / Fitness Club aimed to help schools achieve the goal of having all students active 30 minutes per day.
